No. Our primary care services are cash-based, meaning insurance is NOT required. You simply choose a care package and pay the listed price at the time of service. We accept cash and credit cards.

No. The price you see is the price you pay for the package you select. If additional services outside your package are recommended or requested by you, we will explain the cost before moving forward.
Our packages typically include a comprehensive visit with a licensed provider, assessment of your health concerns, lab tests (blood work), preventive care guidance, and coordination of care when needed. Call us to confirm what’s included in each package, as offerings may vary.
If you are generally healthy, one annual visit (yearly visit) is usually sufficient. If you are diagnosed with having or managing a chronic condition, follow-up visits are typically recommended every 3 to 6 months, depending on your care plan.
To be seen, appointments are required—walk-ins are NOT accepted. Please call to schedule your appointment in advance so we can ensure adequate time for your visit. At your appointment, our team will review your needs, discuss next steps, and help coordinate additional care or referrals if needed.
